1. Step 0 complete (persona, narrative, benchmark, magical moment, journey,

confusion roleplay); run the DX Trend Check.

2. Run Passes 1–8 in order: getting started, API/CLI/SDK design, errors and

debugging (the agent-ready error contract in Pass 3: CAP4 Critical and CAP6 High
|
||
findings cap the score at 4 and 6), documentation, upgrade path, environment and
|
||
tooling, community, measurement. The Appendix applies to Claude Code skills only.
