CEO phase steps and required outputs for `bin/gstack-autoplan` (unattended or
|
||
`light` runs); interactive runs read `sections/review-sections.md` in full.
|

### Steps

1. Scope and mode agreed (Step 0); carry the decision ledger in. 0A/0B end
|
||
with the reality rows: one `REALITY:` line per applicable row
|
||
(`gstack-plan-reality rows --phase ceo`), each with a file:line receipt.
|
||
2. Sections 1–10 in order; Section 11 only with `ui` scope, else record the
|
||
no-UI skip. Sections 3 and 7 carry `security` and `perf` scope.
|
||
3. Outside voice per its integration rule; reconcile each finding.
|
||
4. Every required output below, then the report, log and chaining.
