* fix(review-risk): a token-named file is a secret path only on secret-shaped content (GST-1350)
founderstar scripts/ui/token.gd (Godot design tokens) matched the secret-path
name rule, so a copy-only PR planned gate class at full depth. A token name now
escalates only when the credential scanner finds a secret on its changed lines;
dotenv files, SSH private keys and key-store extensions join the name rule.
Repins lib/review-risk.ts and lib/review-depth.ts with replay GST-1350.
