Token-registry UTF-8 compare hardened, IPv6 link-local navigation blocked, gbrain ingestion tolerates NUL transcripts, sidebar tab awareness works off-localhost, AskUserQuestion preamble forbids \\uXXXX CJK escape, build resilient to unborn HEAD, opus model IDs current in evals. 7 PRs landed after eng + Codex outside-voice review reshaped the wave: #1153 (SVG sanitizer) and #1141 (CLAUDE_PLUGIN_ROOT) split to follow-up PRs once Codex caught the stale #1153 integration sketch and the wave-gating mistake on #1141.
