garrytanandcapy-ai[bot] b789898982 test(harness): bump HARNESS_VERSION to 5 for the W3-11 stripAnsi change ...

stripAnsi now removes cursor-visibility escapes (ESC[?25h/l). Every PTY case
matches patterns against its output, so a pattern spanning one of those escapes
can now match where it did not before: a verdict can change, so this is a
behavioral bump, not a non-behavioral entry. The launch.ts change (last
non-blank screen in failure messages) is diagnostic only.
