garrytanandcapy-ai[bot] 20d5b797fa ubicloud: pack ships a linked worktree with a self-contained .git ...

A worktree's .git is a gitdir pointer into the main repository; on the VM git
could not run, so the remote pregate refused with PREGATE_VM_TREE_MISMATCH
vm=unavailable. pack now replaces it with a bare --single-branch clone of the
checked-out branch (core.bare false, the worktree's index copied in), ~45 MB for
gstack; a detached worktree is refused with the fix named.
