Fix capitalisation of Background Settings pane

Browse Source 
* Align capitalisation of Background Settings pane with other panes (capital first letter)
* Also fix reference to updated text in key:help.imagery.choosing
  (Key:help.imagery.offset already used capitals as in updated text)
