`alif-toolkit@1.2.6` has request as dependency and this warning was raised running `npm install`:
```
alif-toolkit > request@2.88 .2: request has been deprecated, see https://github.com/request/request/issues/3142
```
After this commit, `alif-toolkit@1.2.9` hasn't request as dependency.

This switches to sync file writing before promisified minification.
This fixes an issue where it was possible for the minify steps to occur
before the writing steps were finished writing.

Fix Osmose details not always showing at first

Issues without a `subtitle` value would silently error when trying to
access the `auto` key of a null value which meant the elements weren't
showing up in the UI straight away.
