33330d11d9 Add 'building' combo field for ice rink and swim facility 
These features are frequently indoors or outdoors, so we should offer the
mapper the ability to specify this, but not necessarily default to yes like
the building_area field does.

Trivia:  power=sub_station/substation works this way too

ecb0db7009 Remove inline opacity style after transition complete

274d9df95d Fix crash when selecting a category preset with enter button 
(this happens because the datum() is a constructor not a constructed object, and
category presets have state, so calling datum().choose from keypress doesn't work)
