Ásgeir Thor Johnson 9c84be3236 fix: remove orphan submodule entry breaking CI

The .claude/worktrees/naughty-panini gitlink was committed without a
.gitmodules entry, causing submodule init to fail in GitHub Actions.
Also added .claude/worktrees/ to .gitignore to prevent this recurring.
