* added new sac_scale, incline and trail_visibility fields
* added ref field
* removed oneway and maxspeed field
this should better reflect how highway=path is used.

Avoid retaining a graph reference
...
The supersurface event bindings retained a reference to the initial
graph, preventing it being GC'd after a save operation.

export line preset sprite straight from inkscape
...
We could also use an svg sprite, just swapping the
one line in line-presets.css, but it seemed to
make scrolling the preset grid significantly
less smooth in Firefox.
